TischlerBise prepared a Benefit/Cost Analysis for the City’s TIGER II Discretionary Grant Application for proposed highway improvements. The analysis included an overall description of the project and analyzed the return on investment in terms of direct, indirect, and induced impacts over the short- and long-term. Our team worked closely with City staff to collect data and obtain ongoing feedback throughout the study.
