TischlerBise's Technical Advisor, Paul Tischler has over thirty years of relevant experience in the areas of fiscal impact analyses, impact fee evaluations, revenue strategies, capital improvement plans, growth policy studies, and market and economic feasibility studies. His advice has been sought by both public and private sector clients on a broad range of decisions concerning development and growth management. Mr. Tischler frequently speaks on fiscal analysis, impact fees, revenue strategies, and other related topics, having presented to such entities as ICMA, NAHB, APA, and GFOA.
Mr. Tischler is a faculty member at the Lincoln Land Use Institute and is on the Advisory Board of the Growth Management Institute. He has also authored a number of articles on fiscal impact analysis and infrastructure issues such as the ICMA (International City/County Management Association) MIS report entitled "Analyzing the Fiscal Impacts of Development" and "Introduction to Infrastructure Financing."
