City of Coolidge, Arizona - Benefit/Cost Analysis
TischlerBise prepared a Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) for the City of Coolidge, Arizona's TIGER II Discretionary Grant Application for proposed highway improvements. The analysis includes an overall description of the project and analyzes the return on investment in terms of direct, indirect, and induced impacts over the short- and long-term. TischlerBise worked closely with staff at the City to collect data and obtain ongoing feedback through the study. We synthesized all relevant data and information and used IMPLAN to determine overall economic impact.
The results of the analysis revealed that the total benefit to cost ratio of the project is 40 to 1. As of the date of this proposal, awards for this Federal grant have not been made.
